Keys to Embracing Aging is a peer-reviewed, multi-state, evidence-based educational program that introduces and reinforces 12 health and safety behaviors that should be practiced across the lifespan to influence optimal aging. The program has been successfully implemented by Cooperative Extension educators in a variety of settings. The program has shown to increase knowledge, attitudes, and positive health behaviors.
